Bespoke Design & Styling

At Sass, every event is designed individually for you considering your venue, party size, personal taste and current trends. Our events can include all decorative elements including fresh flowers, stationery and signs which all work in perfect cohesion and has the added benefit of giving you less suppliers to keep up with!

Our signature style is soft and romantic with heaps of texture and contemporary details. We take an uncomplicated approach to styling believing that the beauty comes from those unexpected twists and pops in the colours and layouts.

“Matchy matchy” is not our thing. We create unique and exciting designs with an elevated colour palette and considered details that will focus on ambience and experience on the day. Check out our gallery for our previous work.

How Does It Work?

We start with an obligation free consultation over the phone to discuss themes, colours and the overall feel you want us to create. We can also discuss your budget how to make the very most of it. Following that Emily, will go away and design an initial mood board and colour palette for you which can be moulded thereafter.. At this point you will also receive a quote.

Once you are happy with the concept and have made your booking we will invite you to join a shared Pinterest board which allows us to share ideas throughout the process.

We are very lucky to have a beautiful studio space in Sudbury, Ashbourne. Approximately 6 months before your wedding we will invite you to visit us at our to discuss all our ideas in more detail and finalise design choices. We will have our prop collection here to view and you will have the opportunity to have a play with potential combinations and table layouts. You will also be able to see numerous signage and stationery styles and designs and start finalising all those little details that will make your day unique. At an extra cost we can also prepare fresh floral arrangements in your chosen colour palette and style if you wish to see a more real and accurate representation of your tables and floral choices.

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to host showroom visits for couples who have already booked their day with us and they are strictly by appointment only.

On The Day…

Either the day before or the morning of the event our team will arrive at your venue with everything we need to bring our designs to life and transform the space.

You don’t need to be present so this allows you and your family to relax and enjoy every minute of the day and the morning leading up to it.

The Next Day…

We will take care of all clear down and collection of props allowing you and your friends and family to rest those tired heads from the night before.

How Much Does It Cost?

Full Venue Bespoke Design & Styling From £2000

Includes;

  • Welcome/entrance styled area.

  • Ceremony styling; Aisle decor, chair drapes, register table dressing as required.

  • Table styling for up to 100 guests. (Additional guests and tables will be an extra charge.) Includes; runners in a choice of colours and fabrics, bespoke styled centrepieces, candles & tea lights as required.

  • Hand dyed napkins in a colour of your choice. (We can dye bespoke colours at an extra charge.)

  • A choice of placemats and charger plates.

  • Seating plan styled area.

  • Cake table styling.

  • Styled card box & gift table, including a choice of gift box styles.

  • Styled guest book table or one other styled table e.g Memory Table.

  • Full access to our ever growing prop collection. Anything we have to outsource or buy will be an extra charge.

  • Set up on the day and collection the day after.

  • All our signage and on the day stationery is handmade in a bespoke design to suit your theme. These are priced separately.

Any additional areas or features not mentioned above will be quoted separately.

We do not stock; cutlery, crockery, glassware or standard white table linens. Most venues provide these as standard but we can sub hire if required at an extra charge.

ALL FLORISTRY IS ADDITIONAL

AND WILL BE PRICED SEPARATELY.

Prices include a visit to our studio 6 months before your wedding, a visit to your venue if required, a shared Pinterest board and ongoing design support leading up to your day, a minimum of x2 stylists to dress your venue and collection of props the day after.

Please note that we have a minimum spend of £1200 (2024) & £1400 (2025) for venue styling and £600 for floristry.
